MOQ & Quotation Guide

Understand how order quantities and garment specifications shape a comparable quotation.

Minimum order quantities

MOQ depends on the style, fabric sourcing, colour and decoration process. List quantities by style, colour and size; ask us to confirm which minimums apply. Stock fabric and custom-dyed fabric may have different requirements.

What affects your quotation

Fabric composition and weight, garment construction, printing or embroidery, trims, labels, packaging and order volume affect cost. Compare offers against the same specification and delivery terms; the lowest unit price may cover a different scope.

Send the same brief for each product in your inquiry list. We review missing details before confirming a quotation. State the destination and preferred currency so freight, taxes and other inclusions can be clarified in the written offer.

Prepare your brief

  • Product references, intended use and your required changes
  • Fabric composition, weight, colours and decoration files
  • Size chart, labels, packaging and inspection requirements
  • Quantities by style, colour and size; destination and target delivery date
