Payment & Order Process
Confirm the commercial details, approval records and payment milestones before work begins.
Confirm the order in writing
Confirm the approved style, specifications, quantities, currency, delivery terms and payment schedule in the quotation or order confirmation. Sample fees, revision scope and any credit against bulk orders must be agreed for your project.
Approve before production
Keep the approved sample, size chart, artwork and packaging specification together. Confirm changes and their effect on cost or timing in writing. Bulk production follows the agreed approval and payment milestones; no universal deposit ratio is assumed.
Prepare for shipment
Review inspection results, final quantities, packing details and shipping documents. Confirm any remaining payment and release conditions against the order agreement. If bank details change, verify them through an established contact channel before transferring funds.
